Here are the details on how to obtain your COVID-19 test results before Yom Tov.

You can access your results by clicking here.

You will need to click on “I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCESS CODE” in order to obtain one.

You will use the name, date of birth and cell number you listed on the lab form you completed.

If you are having difficulty accessing the patient portal please call 908-474-1004, then press 1 and then 1.
