The testing is run by STAR-K & Hatzalah of Baltimore and is under the auspices of Dr. Yosef Levenbrown, Medical Director of Hatzalah and many other community physicians. You can choose your own Dr. as listed on the online form. A $10/car (not per test) donation is requested to cover incurred costs. Payment can be made online here, checks can be made out to STAR-K. Please stay off of your cell phones while on the campus.

Both Rapid and PCR tests are available. Everyone will be swabbed for a PCR test which takes 24-48 hours for results to be available. If you are currently experiencing COVID symptoms, you may also be eligible for a rapid test (results in 1-2 hours) in addition to the PCR test (you will be swabbed twice). The online form will guide you through determining eligibility and filling out the required paperwork for both tests. For more info on the different test types, click here. Both tests are performed at all the above times.

  1.  Please complete the lab form online here

  2.   A few minutes after you complete the form, you will be emailed the completed lab form and paperwork for rapid (if applicable) to print and bring with you to the test site.

Please see here  for information on obtaining your results. Questions can be directed here.

To prevent cross-contamination, please bring a pen and hand sanitizer with you as well as a tissue to blow your nose prior to the test. (It is important to clean your hands and blow your nose to get rid of any possible COVID cells which could be present on the hands or the opening of the nose, this will help give more accurate results.)
