EVENING SITE: RAPID TESTING AND PCR TESTING

Star-K Testing Site: 122 Slade Ave Baltimore MD 21208

Monday 11/2 – Thursday 11/5: 7:30 PM-8:15 PM 

MORNING SITE: RAPID TESTING ONLY – SYMPTOMATIC ONLY

Bnos Yisroel Parking Lot: 6300 Park Heights Ave, Baltimore, MD 21215

Monday – Friday 9:30 AM – 10:15 AM 

*Those who are getting a rapid test will receive a PCR test as well. (PCR will only be sent to the lab if the rapid is negative) Those who need just a PCR test should go to the StarK testing site.

For children age 8 years old or younger who need a PCR test and need an earlier time slot, please email rapidtesting@hatzalahbaltimore.org to schedule an earlier time.

PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE HATZALAH EMERGENCY # FOR TESTING QUESTIONS. 

The testing is run by STAR-K & Hatzalah of Baltimore and is under the auspices of Dr. Yosef Levenbrown, Medical Director of Hatzalah and many other community physicians. You can choose your own Dr. as listed on the online form. A $10/car (not per test) donation is requested at the StarK testing site to cover incurred costs of the testing site. Payment can be made online here, Checks can be made out to STAR-K. 

****NEW INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL TESTING (RAPID AND PCR)****

  1.  Please complete the lab form online here 

  2.   A few minutes after you complete the form, you will be emailed the completed lab form and paperwork for rapid (if applicable) to print and bring with you to the test site.

To prevent cross-contamination, please bring a pen and hand sanitizer with you as well as a tissue to blow your nose prior to the test. 

Please stay off of your cell phones while on campus.
